Becoming a professional barista is such a rewarding experience. We make delicious coffee and get to share that with different people while getting to know them.

We will learn a system that focuses on consistency and excellence which will also allow you to work in any coffee environment.

Level 1 training suits those that want to get into the Industry or those that need a refresher.

During the three hours we will:
- Learn about green beans
- Understand roasting and roast profiles
- Understand espresso, ratios and how to dial in a commercial machine (Victoria Arduino Eagle one)
- Calibrate a commercial grinder (Mythos 2 Gravimetric)
- Steam and pour beautifully textured milk for various milk based beverages
- Develop an efficient workflow and manage multiple orders
- Understand equipment maintenance and effect on taste
- Make a lot of coffee
