Train across two sessions on a commercial machine during live service — building real barista skills with direct guidance, real customer interaction, and structured assessment.

The Experience

This training takes place inside a working café. You’ll be on the machine, making drinks, working through real service, and receiving feedback as you go.

With a maximum of 2 participants, you’ll have more time on the machine, more personalised guidance, and the space to build confidence properly.


Course Format

Session 1 — Foundations
Monday, 2pm–4pm

  • Espresso basics: dose, yield, extraction
  • Milk texturing fundamentals
  • Drink building
  • Workflow introduction

Session 2 — Application
Tuesday, 2pm–4pm

  • Dialling in with guidance
  • Drink repetition and consistency
  • Working during live service
  • Customer interaction

Total training time: approximately 3.5–4 hours over two days.
